STATISTICAL REPORT OF THE PROPORTION CHANGE BETWEEN 2023 AND 2024

University keeps the track of students by different criteria to monitor the changes and potential support which is needed to provide to the most needed. Below information about the number of academic and administration stuff members worked at TSUULL in 2023 is given.  According to statistics of 2023, there were 16 departments that consisted of 200 teachers.

A number of male teachers were 35 while female teachers were 165. Additionally, there was tutoring function which was focused on mentoring schemes, in the given period, 23 tutors helped students who had problems with accommodation or studying which means nearly 89% of the students received support from the university. Male tutors were 15 and a figure of female tutors was 8.Moreover, in figure 1 it is depicted that there were 179 workers in the administration team, 95 of them were females and 84 workers were males. (See figure 1)

At TSUULL, 6072 students studied altogether and from that 5678 were girls and the rest was boys. 1118 of these students studied on a grant basis, and 1034 of them were girls, 84 of them were boys. The number of students who studied on a contract basis was 2586, from that 2382 students were girls and 199 were boys. Undergraduate students were 3074 and from that 3421 students were girls and 283 were boys. Students of evening education were 679 and from that 509 of students were girls and 170 of them were boys. Students of distance learning who were 1458, girls were 1113 and boys were 345. Students of Masters’ degree were 236 and from that 212 students were girls and 24 students were boys. ( Figure 2)

According to the proportion of living accommodation, university provided over 450 students with dormitory and supported around 1900 students with mentoring schemes such as finding apartment for a rent in 2021. In 2022, these figures increased to 2% in all forms of living accommodation. These statistics increased continuously and in 2023, 573 students were provided with dormitory, 522 of them were girls, 51 students were boys. 2175 students lived on a rent, 1982 of them were girls and 193 students were boys. Moreover, 334 students lived in their relatives houses and from that 327 students were girls, 7 students were boys. 690 students lived in their own home with their families. 656 students were girls and 34 boy students lived their houses with their families. In our university, there were 15 students who were holders of scholarships. Holders of former and the current President scholarship are  3, Alisher Navo’i scholarship holders were 6 and Zulfiya scholarship holder, winner of International sport competition was 1. Both Yosh kitobxon and Mard O‘g‘lon winners were 2. (see figure 4)

There were several associations with university to support students on educational purposes. 3 neighbourhood and 3 schools, one college and one creativity school were associated with university. Therefore, a lot of students achieved opportunities that helpful for their studies. At TSUULL, different communities were organized to spend students’ free time properly. There were 3 communities in terms of comedy, which was called,  Quvnoqlar va Zukkolar, 2 communities in terms of checking knowledge and intelligence, which was called Zakovat,  and 2 theatre communities in terms of culture and art. (Figure 5)

There were extra free classes for students after their major lessons that were helpful to learn subjects deeply. There were total 46 courses and 28 of them on different subjects so 865 students participated in these courses actively. A number of girls and boys was 777, 88 respectively. Moreover, there were 18 creativity courses such as cooking, sewing, make-up, and hairdressing. 376 girls and 39 boys participated in creativity courses to learn new hobbies and enjoy their spare time. TSUULL Students had more opportunity to participate different sport activities. 7 sport courses were organized to improve students’ health benefits.

The first one was ,,Football‘‘ course and 130 students took part in that course. 70 members of this course were girls and 60 students were boys. The next sport course was ,,Volleyball‘‘ and 220 students who 195 of them were girls and 25 of them were boys participated.

The third type of course was ,,Basketball‘‘ and 172 students were took this course to be physically active by playing it. 150 of them were girls and 22 of them were boys. The next course was ,,Table Tennis‘‘ and 50 girls, 25 boys participated in it.

The fifth course was ,,Chess‘‘ and 247 students were members of it. From that, 215 members were girls and 32 of them were boys.  219 students participated in ,,Fitness‘‘ course, from this figure 184 of them were girls and 35 of them were boys. The last one was ,,Milliy Kurash‘‘ that national game of our country. This national game is especially for boys so 15 male students participated in it. (Figure 6)

Additionally, at TSUULL, there were extra courses which according to five initiatives. Those courses were also organized for students to spend their free time properly and discover their new talents. The first initiative included various fields in terms of art, they were music, theatre, drawing and literature. 713 girls and 75 boys participated in those courses and had opportunity to widen their lists of hobbies. The second initiative was aimed sport activities so 864 girls and 214 boys were physically active by joining those courses.

The third initiative was about computer science and how to use Internet in a beneficial way. 280 girls and 39 boys learnt computer technologies and took significant benefit from courses. The fourth initiative was aimed to encourage students to read books, launch reading as a habit and organized competitions among students to check their knowledge. 369 girls and 47 boys who were interested in reading books participated in courses and challenges. The last initiative was about providing women with jobs. By following this initiative, 264 girls and 16 boys were provided with jobs and helped to find out suitable work place.

At the university, 599 students were employed and from that figure 45 students were freshmen, 104 students were sophomore, 148 students were junior and 302 students were senior. A number students who worked in schools was 164 while 183 students worked in educational centers as teachers. 21 students worked at university as volunteers and the rest worked different private companies. (Figure 9)

In our university 112 students took different International foreign languages certificates such as IELTS, TOEFL and CEFR. 4 students enlisted to military service and were able to finish this duty. (Figure 8)

In our country "Temir Daftari", "Yoshlar daftari" and "Ayollar daftari"  were organized that a database for registering, identifying, eliminating and monitoring the problems of families, especially women with difficult social conditions and living conditions, as well as those that are under special control by sector leaders. 23 students were member of "Temir Daftar" and used special opportunities. 34 female students joined in the list of "Ayollar daftari"  while 109 students were member of "Yoshlar daftari". (Figure 10)

In our university, there were students who had different opportunities. To clarify, 154 bereaved students studied at university and from that number, 139 students were girls while 15 of them boys. Additionally, there were 6 female students who were foster and they were provided with accommodation, scholarship and support by university. Moreover, there were 64 students who have accessibility needs, 48 of them were female students while male students were 16. There were 316 students who need social protection and 291 students were girls, 25 students were boys. It is worth mentioning that university always support those students financially and mentally. (Figure 11)

At TSUULL, bachelor students came from different regions of the country. According to permanent living place of students, a number of students who were Tashkent and Kashkadaryo was a main contributor with 869 and 641 students respectively. Students who were from Samarkand were 340 while approximately 250 students came from each three regions namely: Bukhara, Namangan, Surkhandarya.  Both Jizzakh and Fergana had the same figure in terms of their inhabitant students which over 200. Average 150 students were belong to Andijan, Navoi, Syrdaryo and Khorezm. 39 students came from Republic of Karakalpagistan. (Figure 12)
