The “Zakovat” is a thrilling event that challenges participants` knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. This is one of the competitions in TSUULL. It is widespread there, in which students of every faculty can participate. The stimulating competition brings together individuals with a passion for learning and a thirst for intellectual challenges.
Am I eligible to participate in IQ competition?
If you’re currently a student at TSUULL, and you have a new idea that hasn’t been developed before January 2021, then you’re eligible. It’s just that simple! The event is open to the entire university, so students from all faculties are invited to compete every year.
What is involved?
Our goal is to keep it simple: to reward your creativity and connect you with successful and innovative people and programs that can help you take your ideas to commercialization — or even launch your own company.
Code of Ethics
All participants must come in time. Smart gadgets, such as, telephones, tablets, are prohibited. Paper and pencil are given.
How do I sign up?
To sign up, join in telegram. From there, you will receive information and instructions about competition.
Participants will engage in a series of thought-provoking and diverse questions that cover a wide range of topics, including general knowledge, science, history, literature, arts, and more. The competition encourages participants to draw upon their accumulated knowledge, analyze and interpret information, and provide well-reasoned answers.
This competition not only tests participants` academic knowledge but also their ability to think quickly and effectively under pressure. It fosters creativity, logical thinking, and the use of different strategies to approach complex questions. Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their intellectual prowess, compete with like-minded individuals, and learn from one another`s unique perspectives.
The competition is held every Wednesday. Minimum of 2 and maximum of 6 participants in each team can join in this competition. There are 7 steps. There are 5 questions in each step.. Answer is written in paper and leader of the team read answer.
According to the rules of the competition, the same question is read by jury to each team, and the team is given one minutes to think and give the answer. One score is given to the team whose answer is correct. And thus the scores are calculated and the team with the most scores is announced the winner. The competition is held in each season. Questions are in different topics. For example, they may be related to geography, music, movie, sport and others.
Firstly, teams which consisted of faculties compete with each other. Then competition will be among universities. At the end of the game, the participants were awarded certificates of honor, as well as memorable prizes. The winner team is awarded with money.
