Three authority figures offer assistance to female staff and students through various means. Firstly, they provide mentoring opportunities through gatherings, clubs, and meetings where students and tutors can interact and seek guidance. Secondly, scholarships are offered primarily by the International office to support women in their academic pursuits. Lastly, social events such as public talks, workshops, seminars, and trainings are organized to provide additional support to women in their personal and professional development.
