Master’s scholarship

Taking into account how few female students apply for Master’s degree, TSUULL offers women to continue their studies and get Master degree by offering them an education free of charge. All needed is to apply for Master’s degree to our university and take national testing to be accepted. After acceptance, contact us to get more clear information.

Financial aid from Regional Governorate

In each region, the academic fees of 150 girls (2,1000 in total) who have lost their parents, representatives of low-income families, were paid from the local budget.

Application grant

Every year, according to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 4 percent state grants are allocated to women in need of social protection to enter the HEI. 146 students using this privilege study at our university. The category of women accepted on the basis of an additional grant of 4% includes citizens of 6 categories, such as children of families deemed by the neighborhood to be underprivileged, women with disabilities, persons who have lost their father or mother.

Grant for the Empowerment of Women Studying Abroad

In line with the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan issued on March 7, 2022, aimed at accelerating systematic support for families and women, a remarkable initiative has been introduced to promote women's education. Annually, 50 outstanding female students from prestigious foreign universities and 10 students from domestic institutions will be sponsored to pursue bachelor's and master's degrees abroad. To facilitate this endeavor, the country's budget will allocate 6 billion soums.

Distance Learning Opportunities

To ensure that female students with young children can also benefit from educational opportunities, provisions for distance learning will be established. This way, women can balance their responsibilities at home while continuing their studies.

Quota for Doctoral Programs

In recognition of the importance of female representation in advanced research and academia, a significant annual quota of at least 300 slots will be designated for females to pursue doctoral programs. This move aims to empower women in contributing to the country's knowledge and expertise in diverse fields.

Academic Loans for Women

Financial barriers should not hinder a woman's pursuit of education at any level. To address this, interest-free academic loans will be provided to female students, covering both professional and higher education. After completing their studies, students will have a repayment period of 7 years to clear the academic loan.

 

By implementing these measures, the government seeks to empower women through education, fostering gender equality, and creating a skilled and diverse workforce that will contribute to the overall development of Uzbekistan.
